The strategy to promote success is the formation of Solidarity Groups. Each member of the Solidarity Group is accountable to the other members of the group for their obligations. 

 Micro enterprise groups develop skills and entrepreneurship in areas such as carpentry, metals, basic grains, coffee farms, grocery stores, clothing for sale, and the sale of spices.
